The cold weather is coming in fast so third class got to action last week – for the sake of the BIRDS! They created biodegradable stacked fruit, vegetable and seed bird feeders! They were placed all around our Secret Garden where they can be enjoyed by our feathered friends.

Reading Month is over. To date €237,000 and counting has been raised by readers all over Ireland. As of last week, the participating children in John Scottus and their sponsors have contributed €1,052 to this. The MS Readathon will accept donations until the 23rd of December. Thank you all so much for taking on the challenge. Reading can be a great solace and distraction in turbulent times. Well done everybody!
