🌿 ➕ ➗ Our awesome 3rd class undertook some Maths problem solving where they had to crack the magic number as a pod . All the numbers had to add to the same number vertically / horizontally/ diagonally. They used resources from nature to display it. Great work team 🌿➕➗
There was great excitement in Junior Infants when they went for a visit to the secret garden last week!
Last week the school was invited to create posters to commemorate Mahatma Gandhi. On a special Friday afternoon Assembly the posters were shared along with an address from the Indian Ambassador to all the children in John Scottus National School. Thank you to the Sanskrit team for facilitating and organising it all.
Our wonderful Senior Infants captured some of the beauty of Autumn with their art and craft creations. Well done!

5th Class went on walk last week along the Dodder looking at all the different features on the walk as they made their way to the mouth of the river.
Mr Gibney has raised €1000 for the LauraLynn Children’s Hospice and was finally able to complete his skydive on 8th August. Well done and congratulations Mr Gibney! You can watch his plane jump here.
