St. Brigid’s Day Custom In 6th Class!

In honour of St. Brigid’s Day, 6th Class had fun making colourful Saint Brigid’s Crosses last week. Traditionally made from woven rushes, the Saint Brigid’s cross is thought to keep evil, fire and hunger from the homes in which it is displayed.
