JohnScottus National School Preloved online store offers 30 day returns for exchanges or refunds.

To exchange an item, please email 2ndhanduniform@johnscottus.ie with your receipt of purchase and a brief description of the reason you are seeking an exchange or contact us via telephone at 01 6609309. It is your responsibility to return the item to the school within 30 days of purchase. We will happily arrange a time and date for the item to be returned and we will aim to have a replacement item ready for you. Should a replacement not be available on that day, we will make arrangements to send it home with your child.

To receive a refund, please email 2ndhanduniform@johnscottus.ie with your receipt of purchase and a brief description of the reason you are seeking a refund or contact us via telephone at 01 6609309. It is your responsibility to return the item to the school within 30 days of purchase. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within XXX number of days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
